Frequently Asked Questions

I have questions about how to use the application - where do I find help?

The best information about using Bullclip will be in our documentation. If you cannot find what you need there, please get in contact with us by clicking the 'Support' button at the bottom of this page.

How do I get in contact to report bugs in Bullclip or to give suggestions to make it better?

Please reach out to us through the 'Support' button at the bottom of this page to submit your bug reports or feature requests.

Can I use the same account to log in to the web application and the Windows 10 application?

Yes! Whilst the features you see on each of these may differ because of relevance, your account is universal to all Bullclip applications!

What's the difference between the Windows 10 app and the web app?

Most of your field markup work will be done with the Windows 10 application, especially when it comes to digital ink. The web application is more geared towards a project management or administrative function, where you can manage projects, billing preferences and user permissions.

Why can't I mark up in the web app? Am I missing something?

No, you are not missing anything. We don't have any markup tools active in the web application right now, but these tools (among many others) will be added soon.

What do you mean when you say that Bullclip is 'organization-agnostic'?

Typically, when you register as a user for some online software, you will 'belong' to a company account. This is not the case with Bullclip - each user who registers is able to pay for themselves or for other people, but no one belongs to an 'umbrella' company account. We did this because of the heavily fragmented nature of teams in the build process - we didn't want things to become unnecessarily complicated. You can still have companies listed in your personal profile and for billing address purposes, of course.

What are the available permission levels for projects?

Users can be assigned one of four permission levels for a project; Owner, Administrator, Collaborator or Reader. You can invite as many Readers as you'd like to a project for free, but all other permission levels require paid accounts. For detailed information on permission levels, head over to the Bullclip documentation.
