Not long ago, we announced Drawboard PDF integration with the Surface Dial and Surface Studio. The functionality of the Dial opened many doors for working with PDFs, and so we got to work.
With Drawboard PDF PRO, you can measure and rule ink at precise angles using the Protractor (even if you don’t have a Surface Dial).
If you do have a Surface Dial, you will also now be able to make use of active page rotation, allowing you to rotate any page for drawing ease and accuracy.

For our design and construction users especially, you can now calibrate a page or entire document, and make annotations to scale with linear, square area and polygon area measurements .
The Protractor will also adjust to your calibrated scale.
