Thanks to our Drawboard Projects integrations with Microsoft Teams, while you're collaborating with your co-workers in Microsoft Teams, you won't even have to leave the app to get feedback from your team and can finish review sessions faster!
Drawboard
It's no secret that once we're in the flow, we'd all really rather not keep switching between apps. If I'm in Microsoft Teams, let me stay there. If I'm in Revit, let me stay there.
Context switching between many app windows is clunky. At Drawboard we call this digital waste; unnecessary mental and digital overhead that should be avoided if you're focused on reducing mental load and increasing productivity.
So today, we're eliminating one of those windows for you.
If you're collaborating with your co-workers in Microsoft Teams, you can now navigate to Drawboard Projects inside Teams and review PDFs collaboratively and in real-time.
Stay in the flow
You can now add Drawboard Projects as a tab within your channels in Microsoft Teams.
This makes it easier for your team to mark up all drawings and documents without switching away to Drawboard Projects in the web, iOS or Windows 10 apps.
You can add the Drawboard Projects app as-is, or select any part of the Drawboard Projects app as a saved location for your tab view (e.g. Drawings list, Document list, Issues list, or even a specific drawing/document).
This makes it quicker and easier than ever to review markups and access what you need quickly.
Adding the Drawboard Projects for Microsoft Teams integration gives your team access to all of our industry-leading PDF collaboration tools, including:
Real-time PDF markups - instant markup syncing between team members
Discussion - talk about changes on each drawing and document
Issue Management - create assignable issues within the context of a revision to track progress
Guest Access - invite external partners to review
Live meetings - create blank documents and add images to facilitate remote discussions and brainstorming
Easy document management and navigation
In order to use the Microsoft Teams integration, a Drawboard Projects account is required and then you can download the Teams app here.
