A core focus has been delivering the tools and solutions that help teams streamline their design review processes, reduce barriers to collaboration and better enable the handling of high volume technical drawings and documents.

Knowing that security is paramount to our AEC customers, we’re also prioritizing security and privacy for every team and individual user of Drawboard PDF or Drawboard Projects.
Excited to announce that Drawboard is now certified with SOC 2 compliance, a verification certifying adherence to systems and principles relating to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.
Coupled with offering secure digital workspaces and systems for teams to collaborate, coordinate and mark up - one of our main goals this year is to deliver all of the tools that will help growing teams scale, while also helping big, complex teams better manage large projects.
We’ve released a host of new features that are designed to help AEC professionals using Drawboard Projects and Drawboard PDF, and plan to continue to evolve our offering based on what the AEC community wants. The Account Admin Portal enables organizations to manage their team access conveniently from one place. You can seamlessly invite new team members to your organization’s account, revoke access instantaneously, view all team members and more.
In Drawboard Projects, at a glance users can now understand which workspaces are owned by your organization and which have been shared with you by someone from another organization. Users can also easily find the projects that have been opened most recently in Recents to give you faster access to Projects that are most relevant to what is being worked on.
To manage project access at scale, admins can control permissions at the workspace level, this is in addition to the ability to add new users via the Account Admin Portal. This capability offers organizations the flexibility to give and revoke access and change team and external stakeholder permissions across multiple projects at once.
Additionally, admins can easily switch Project permissions between public and private. With these settings, project, workspace and organization admins have more flexibility over how they give and revoke project access. For example, you can now invite people to a workspace, and give them a workspace-wide role that applies to all public projects in the workspace. They'll automatically have access to any public projects in the workspace with no further steps required.

Markup Library lets users save engineering symbols, stamps, or any markups that you use regularly for use later or across multiple documents. Users can add what they need and access them any time, on any document and any device.
Markup Library is available to all Drawboard PDF Pro Plus and Pro Unlimited users on the Windows app and is coming soon to Drawboard Projects.
With Snapping, your annotations ‘snap’ into place to help guide you in placing markups more accurately, and ultimately speed up your work. With annotations snapping, you can easily connect your markups, align them, rotate them to common angles, or enlarge them to scale.
With content snapping, you can work with more precision on embedded PDF content like site plans or technical drawings.
